AV PAYROLL DELAYS
The VAU is currently receiving a very high number of complaints from members in relation to delayed responses from Ambulance Victoria (AV) payroll department
The union is collating a list of members who are dealing with delays, so that we can meet with AV and resolve them, or if necessary, take these matters further.
If you are dealing with a delay relating to a payroll query or an underpayment, please complete this google form with the relevant details so that the VAU can advocate on your behalf.
We remind members not to take out their frustration on the staff in the payroll department. They are significantly understaffed and are doing their best to handle the high workload.
