Ambulance Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2020 – LAST CHANCE
VOTING CLOSES 11:59PM TONIGHT!
As members will be aware the Ambulance Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2020 (AVEA 2020) has been released to be voted on by the workforce.
**IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR BALLOT:
Ballots were emailed from the Australian Election Company in early August, 2020. Search for “Australian Election Company” in your inbox and/or junk folder to locate the email with the link to the online ballot and your passcode.***
For the agreement to be considered ‘approved’ at law, a majority of the employees who vote in the ballot need to approve the agreement.
If the agreement is not accepted, bargaining negotiations will re-commence and you will most likely need to start a protracted industrial campaign to reach agreement.
Ultimately this is your agreement and YOU decide whether to accept (by voting YES) or reject (by voting NO) the Agreement. If the agreement is accepted, this will be the first time in Victorian history that ambulance members have not had to take industrial action to get a new agreement.
The Victorian Ambulance Union Incorporated endorse this agreement and encourage you to vote Yes.
