On Friday 21 July 2023, the Victorian Ambulance Union Incorporated (VAU) provided our Submission to the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Review, to the Chair of the NEPT Review Steve McGhie.
The VAU submission is attached, and people are invited to review it. We would like to the thank our hardworking NEPT members who have contributed to the VAU submission.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which our offices stand and we pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge the sorrow of the Stolen Generations and the impacts of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We also recognise the resilience, strength and pride of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
