AV Industrial Action – PABO approved!!!

As members would be aware, on 13 February, the Victoria Ambulance Union Incorporated (VAU) made an application to the Fair Work Commission for a Protected Action Ballot Order (PABO).

We are pleased to inform members that our application was approved, and a protected action ballot will be held.

The ballot will open at 0900 on 5 March 2024 and will run until 12 March 2024.

Members who have nominated will be sent an electronic voting link ahead of the vote opening.

Only members who have nominated will be able to vote in the protected action ballot and the protected actions.

Members are strongly encouraged to vote YES to protected industrial action!!
