The VAU wrote to MEA to raise these concerns and have since engaged in constructive discussions with the company which we believe will result in significant improvements for VAU members.

The VAU has continued to bargain with Ambulance Victoria for a new enterprise agreement to replace the Ambulance Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2020 which expires on 31 January 2024. To date there has been sixteen meetings. Today the parties discussed a key claim from VAU members - end of shift management.

The next step is for the agreement to go to a vote of the workforce.
